Evergreen Shopping Center, San Jose, CA
The Evergreen Shopping Center is a 33,000 square foot, ten acre parcel in the City of San Jose, California. Stated objectives of the project were to increase street visibility of the center both during the daytime and evening hours, to modernize and clean up the jumbled facade, to provide additional open space for customers and to minimize operation impacts to the maintenance staff. Project completed for Pacific Development Group.
