Phillip joined VMI in 2002 after practicing architecture on his own in San Francisco for 14 years and has taken the lead on many difficult projects for VMI. He became a Certified Green Building Professional and has a passion for green architecture. Phillip has been licensed in California since 1982 and a member of NCARB since 1984. He is also licensed to practice architecture in Arizona, Oregon and Washington. Phillip has sat on the Albany Planning Commission since 2000. Phillip is a fifth-generation Californian and a member of E Clampus Vitas.
